We’re looking for a talented National Sales Executive to join us at our Herriman, Utah office. This is an onsite role where you’ll play a key part in driving national sales and building lasting relationships with lending partners.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a national sales and relationship strategy for mortgage lenders, banks, and credit unions
Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
Customize appraisal management solutions based on each client’s unique needs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Own the sales process: outreach, presentation, negotiation, and closing
Build trust with existing clients and drive increased order volume over time
Track and report on pipeline performance, trends, and customer feedback
Compensation & Details
$60,000-$75,000 base salary + generous, uncapped commission
Full-time, in-office role based in Herriman, UT

Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience in the mortgage lending or appraisal industry (required)
Proven B2B sales success — ideally with mortgage lenders or financial institutions
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to decision-makers
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
