We’re looking for a talented National Sales Executive to join us at our Herriman, Utah office. This is an onsite role where you’ll play a key part in driving national sales and building lasting relationships with lending partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a national sales and relationship strategy for mortgage lenders, banks, and credit unions

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking

  • Customize appraisal management solutions based on each client’s unique needs

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

  • Own the sales process: outreach, presentation, negotiation, and closing

  • Build trust with existing clients and drive increased order volume over time

  • Track and report on pipeline performance, trends, and customer feedback

Compensation & Details

  • $60,000-$75,000 base salary + generous, uncapped commission

  • Full-time, in-office role based in Herriman, UT

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the mortgage lending or appraisal industry (required)

  • Proven B2B sales success — ideally with mortgage lenders or financial institutions

  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to decision-makers
