Compensation & Benefits 

  • Base Salary: $60,000 per year 

  • Commission: Average 5%  

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 annually, with uncapped commission potential

What You’ll Do 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including: 

  • Property and Apartment Management Companies (PMCs / AMCs) 

  • Insurance Agents and Adjusters 

  • Real Estate Agents, HOAs, Fire Departments, and Municipal Contacts 

  • Conduct daily prospecting, route management, and follow-ups to grow your territory. 

  • Attend networking events and community opportunities to increase visibility and drive leads. 

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and track all activity. 

  • Collaborate with project and estimating teams to ensure seamless hand-offs and exceptional customer experiences. 

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success. 

  • You’re energetic, confident, and personable — the kind of person people instantly trust. 

  • Exceptional customer service, follow-up, and communication skills. 

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities. 

  • Professional appearance and presence. 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and the ability to pass a background check
