Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 per year
Commission: Average 5%
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 annually, with uncapped commission potential

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including:
Property and Apartment Management Companies (PMCs / AMCs)
Insurance Agents and Adjusters
Real Estate Agents, HOAs, Fire Departments, and Municipal Contacts
Conduct daily prospecting, route management, and follow-ups to grow your territory.
Attend networking events and community opportunities to increase visibility and drive leads.
Maintain accurate CRM data and track all activity.
Collaborate with project and estimating teams to ensure seamless hand-offs and exceptional customer experiences.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
You’re energetic, confident, and personable — the kind of person people instantly trust.
Exceptional customer service, follow-up, and communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Professional appearance and presence.
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and the ability to pass a background check.
