Job description
About the Opportunity
We operate at the intersection of two closely connected industries, real estate valuation and property estimating… offering a rare opportunity to build a dual-track career under one roof.
We’re seeking a Certified Real Estate Appraiser who’s excited to serve as both mentor and learner: someone confident in their appraisal expertise, and open to expanding their skills into property estimating through a structured cross-training program.
In this role, you will:
· Strengthen your core appraisal practice while maintaining your certification and credibility.
· Gain hands-on estimating experience across real property and restoration-related assignments.
· Mentor and influence a growing production team, helping shape standards, best practices, and quality.
This program is intentionally built as a true win-win:
· You expand your professional value by becoming both Appraiser + Estimator.
· Our affiliated companies (including IVG) gain a versatile leader who can adapt to market shifts and “go where the revenue is” across multiple service lines.
If you’re looking for more than just “another appraisal job” and want a strategic, scalable career path, this opportunity is built for that next level.
