Job description
We have an immediate opening for an outside Business Development Representative for a sister company that specializes in disaster cleanup and restoration work. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients who will refer residential & commercial property disaster cleanup and restoration opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers and others that need our services.
Build strategic relationships within the restoration industry that results in a steady flow of business leads.
Previous sales/marketing experience is a must.
Well organized sales approach that results in daily prospecting, driving sales routes, and following up on leads.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be goal oriented and accountable for set goals.
Maintain CRM regularly
Must be able to pass a background and DMV check.
Compensation:
$60,000 Base + commission. Potential to earn $60,000 - $250,000+
Commission: up to 7.5% plus bonus
