Location: In-Office, Herriman, UT │ Compensation: $60,000 base + commission (Total potential: $60K–$250K+)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development / Outside Sales Representative with a proven history of B2B sales success and the ability to build high-value referral relationships.
This position is in-office in Herriman, Utah, with regular local travel to client sites and networking events.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience selling restoration or construction services to Property Managers, Adjusters, and Insurance Agents, and will excel at creating and maintaining lasting partnerships that drive steady referral-based business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including:
Insurance Agents and Adjusters
Property and Apartment Management Companies (PMCs / AMCs)
Real Estate Agents, HOAs, Fire Departments, and Municipal Contacts
Conduct daily prospecting, route management, and follow-ups to build and maintain a steady sales pipeline.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility and referral networks.
Maintain CRM data accurately and provide regular activity and pipeline reports.
Collaborate with internal estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless hand-offs and satisfied clients.
Represent BMR with professionalism, urgency, and integrity at all times.
Job requirements
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of B2B sales experience with measurable success.
High energy and positive attitude.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Professional appearance and confident presentation.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred:
Experience within the restoration or construction industry.
