We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Appraisal Coordinator to join our onsite team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Overview:
The Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of appraisal orders from start to finish. This role serves as a key point of contact between our clients and appraisal staff, helping maintain communication, scheduling, and quality control throughout the appraisal process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and enter appraisal orders into our internal system

  • Assign appraisal orders to staff or panel appraisers based on availability and location

  • Track progress of active orders and ensure timely completion

  • Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, status updates, and delivery timelines

  • Review completed reports for basic accuracy and completeness before final delivery

  • Resolve routine client or appraiser issues with professionalism and urgency

  • Maintain orderly digital records and documentation

  • Support administrative tasks as needed to keep projects and workflow on track

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate, mortgage, appraisal, or title required

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with appraisal processes and terminology is a plus

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (college experience preferred)
