We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Appraisal Coordinator to join our onsite team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of appraisal orders from start to finish. This role serves as a key point of contact between our clients and appraisal staff, helping maintain communication, scheduling, and quality control throughout the appraisal process.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and enter appraisal orders into our internal system
Assign appraisal orders to staff or panel appraisers based on availability and location
Track progress of active orders and ensure timely completion
Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, status updates, and delivery timelines
Review completed reports for basic accuracy and completeness before final delivery
Resolve routine client or appraiser issues with professionalism and urgency
Maintain orderly digital records and documentation
Support administrative tasks as needed to keep projects and workflow on track
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Prior experience in real estate, mortgage, appraisal, or title required
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with appraisal processes and terminology is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
High school diploma or equivalent required (college experience preferred)
